Mobile Phone Sales
30-Day Return Guarantee
We stand behind every phone we sell. All handsets are covered by our 30-day return guarantee from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with your device within this period, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
To be eligible for a return, the device must be:
• Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• Free from physical damage caused after purchase
Unopened Box Return:
- Item has not been opened or used in anyway
- Buyer must return complete sales package (including all accessories) at own expense within 14 days
- Refund or Store Credit to the value of the item's purchase price, less any shipping fees
- If Shipping is Free for the original order, then a nominal $40 shipping fee will apply
- Submit Unopened Box Return RMA with image which clearly displays condition of item to be returned
Opened Box Return:
- Item has been opened and/or used, but is still in "as new" condition (ie no visible marks, scratches or signs of damage)
- Buyer must return complete sales package (including all accessories) at own expense within 30days
- Refund or Store Credit to the value of the item's purchase price, less any shipping fees and a 15% re-stocking fee ( classed now as a used phone )
- If a Free Shipping promotion or discount applied to the original order, then a nominal $40 shipping fee will apply
- Submit Opened Box Return RMA with image which clearly displays condition of item to be returned
Incorrect Item Supplied:
- Item supplied is significantly different to the item ordered (ie wrong model, wrong colour, wrong size, incorrectly advertised specifications)
- Buyer must advise MyMobiles (via email) within 48 hours of receiving item of the discrepancy
- MyMobiles will provide a Return Postage Label for the return of the product
- Once received, either a full refund (including shipping fees) or re-supply if the correct item is available
- Submit Incorrect Item Return RMA with image of item to be returned
Network Blocking – Important Notice
Please be aware that mobile phones can be remotely blocked or blacklisted by mobile networks. This is an action taken entirely by the network operators and/or relevant government authorities, and is completely outside of our control.
We are not informed in advance, nor do we receive any notification, when a device is added to a blacklist. Network operators are not legally required to disclose this information to sellers, and government authorities have granted networks the power to block devices at their discretion without prior notice.
For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that any handset will remain unblocked after the point of sale. Network blocking is not considered a fault of the device and does not fall within the scope of our standard return or warranty policy.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered under our return guarantee or warranty:
• Devices blocked or blacklisted by a network operator or government authority
• Physical damage, liquid damage, or accidental damage caused after purchase
• Issues arising from unauthorised modifications or software changes
• Returns requested after the 30-day guarantee period has expired

Please choose carefully if you want to cancel the order after we have confimed the payment the merchant fee of 1.4% for local cards and 2.8% fee for oversea cards and amex is none refundable.
MyMobiles only accepts returns of items in the following cases. All returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA. In all cases, any refunds, store credits or exchanges will only be issued once the returned items have been received and assessed by MyMobiles. Refunds will be processed in the same method as original order payment.
phone Blocking but yje nwtowrks , is a problem , we gantree you phone for 30 days , as we do not have any infomation of what phone is getting black and why , the networks do not discose any info and the goverment has given the autority to do what every they what with trust ,
