We deliver to Australian addresses only at the moment. We do not ship to customers outside Australia.
Our stock is imported from our warehouse into Australia — via DHL 
Orders ship to you within Australia via Australia Post Express 

New Apple products (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) come with a 12-month Apple manufacturer warranty.
Other new phones come with a 12-month My Mobile warranty. Pre-owned devices come with a 6-month My Mobile warranty..
Within the warranty period we repair or replace the handset. Contact the shop first on 07 3012 7977 or sales@mymobile.com.au to arrange it.
Water damage, cracked screens and physical damage are not covered by warranty — those are repairs, and we can quote you.

We do not accept Afterpay or Zip. Their merchant fees are higher than our margin on imported phones, so accepting them would mean raising prices for everyone.
We accept PayPal and Shop Pay at checkout, plus [card types]. For bank transfer or other arrangements, call 07 3012 7977.

Tax invoices are sent by email once your order has been fulfilled, not at the time of purchase. If your order is still being prepared or in transit, your invoice hasn't been issued yet.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically at the time of purchase.

Genuine factory software. We do not flash or convert ROMs. Every phone and tablet we sell runs the factory-installed software for its region, exactly as it left the manufacturer. We never take a Chinese-market device and install a Global ROM on it.
Google Play is factory installed on our Global version stock.
All new stock is brand new, unopened and factory sealed.

Orders ship from our Brisbane shop by Australia Post Express after arriving from our warehouse.

Where a phone includes a charger in the box, we supply an Australian adaptor with it so it works in Australian sockets. Some phones don't include a charger at all — check the box contents on the product page.
