Devices that rely on the 3G network will stop working once the network is shut down. Each mobile carrier has their own list of approved devices and brands that will continue to work on their networks.

The link provided combines approved device lists from all networks. However, it won't specify which specific carrier(s) may have blocked your phone - it could be one network or all of them. After November 2nd, you'll need to test different SIM cards to determine which networks your phone can access.
